New ordinance effective March 25, 2025 | Nueva Ordenanza en efecto empezando 3/25/25

The City of Calistoga has established a Street & Sidewalk Vending Program under Ordinance No. 775, which was enacted on February 25, 2025. This program aims to create economic opportunities for vendors while enhancing public health, safety, and overall well-being for vendors, brick-and-mortar businesses, and the wider community. It provides clear guidelines regarding permits, operational requirements, and designated vending locations for vendors selling food, goods, and services in public spaces. Overall, the program seeks to strengthen the local economy and enrich the community experience.
