Using a chair as a tool you will stretch, bend and work your entire body building balance, strength and flexibility. For adults of all fitness levels. Instructor: Karen Mann Class Location: Community Center. Drop-Ins welcome.

Join the original dance-fitness party! Lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape with Zumba. Zumba dance workout classes feature exotic rhythms and high-energy Latin and international beats. Co-sponsored by Calistoga Parks & Recreation and Calistoga Fit.

Movement class for those living with Parkinson's Disease, Essential Tremor or balance issues. The movements are designed to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and posture. This class aims to enhance daily quality of life, and both motor and cognitive functions. Drop ins welcome!
