Lengthen and Strengthen

Using a chair as a tool you will stretch, bend and work your entire body building balance, strength and flexibility. For adults of all fitness levels. Instructor: Karen Mann Class Location: Community Center. Drop-Ins welcome.

Fit Walk

Start your weekend off with a 30-minute moderate paced walk around Pioneer Park. You can expect to build muscle, increase
mobility, and improve stamina with low impact body weight exercises and stretches. And, of course, you'll get to meet and enjoy the company of other Calistoga locals! Co-sponsored by Calistoga Parks & Recreation and Calistoga Fit. Ages 17+

PWR!MOVES

Movement class for those living with Parkinson's Disease, Essential Tremor or balance issues. The movements are designed to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and posture. This class aims to enhance daily quality of life, and both motor and cognitive functions. Drop ins welcome!
