Yoga at Night

Calistoga Fit Studio
Whether you are new to yoga or have a strong practice, this class is for you! Move through traditional yoga poses with fun and motivating music. One hour of FUN-suitable for all levels. Co-sponsored by Calistoga Parks & Recreation and Calistoga Fit. Ages: 18+

Lengthen and Strengthen
Every Tuesday and Thursday

Using a chair as a tool you will stretch, bend and work your entire body building balance, strength and flexibility. For adults of all fitness levels. Instructor: Karen Mann Class Location: Community Center. Drop-Ins welcome.

Zumba at Night

Join the original dance-fitness party! Lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape with Zumba. Zumba dance workout classes feature exotic rhythms and high-energy Latin and international beats. Co-sponsored by Calistoga Parks & Recreation and Calistoga Fit.

Low Impact Tone

If you have any join issues, this class is for you! You'll utilize light weights and resistance bands to build strength and increase muscle mass for a total body workout. Co-sponsored by Calistoga Parks & Recreation and Calistoga Fit.

PWR!MOVES

Calistoga Community Center
Movement class for those living with Parkinson's Disease, Essential Tremor or balance issues. The movements are designed to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and posture. This class aims to enhance daily quality of life, and both motor and cognitive functions. Drop ins welcome! Tai Chi
