Partnered with Calistoga Fit, this exercise class is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Fit Fusion will be Monday and Friday, and Hatha Yoga will be Wednesday. Purchase a drop in 10 punch pass, or pay for a month of classes.

Fit Fusion (Monday and Friday):

This broad and dynamic workout will challenge your strength, endurance, speed, mobility and balance.

Hatha Yoga (Wednesday):

This class will blend strength and stretch, effort and ease, movement and stillness.
