While on routine patrol, Officers located two loose dogs in the 900 block of Foothill Blvd. The parents were contacted and picked up the dogs from the Calistoga Police Department a short time later.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 2400 block of Foothill Blvd. Citizens reported a subject was yelling and appeared upset. Officers located a subject and determined the subject was upset over the cost of services at a local business.

Officers responded for a hot dog call in the 1600 block of Lincoln Ave. The vehicle left prior to Officers arrival.

Officers responded for a loose dog in the 2100 block of Table Rock. A citizen found the dog and held onto him until Animal Services could respond out. The dog was later relocated with family members.

Officers responded to assist Napa County Deputies in the 1100 block of Tubbs Ln. Officers remained on scene while Deputies cleared their traffic stop.

Officers responded for an inebriated subject in the 1400 block of Lincoln Ave. The subject was refusing to leave a local business. Officers located the subject, escorted the subject off the premises per the business owners request and remained on scene until a ride arrived for the subject.

Officers responded for a disturbance at the Napa County Fairgrounds. Several subjects at the campgrounds were involved in a dispute. Officers contacted the involved parties and are investigating allegations of a possible assault.

Officers, Fire and EMS responded for a possible injury accident in the 200 block of Franz Valley School Rd. Officers located a solo vehicle partially off the road, however the vehicle was unoccupied. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the driver.

Officers responded for an injured pedestrian in the 2100 block of Foothill Blvd. After an investigation, it was determined to be the driver from the accident on Franz Valley School Rd. CHP arrested the subject on suspicion of driving while under the influence.

Officers responded for a disturbance at the Napa County Fairgrounds. Officers located race officials who were clearing barriers and displays from the racetrack. Crews finished up their work and shut down the heavy equipment for the night.

Officers responded for a hazard on Foothill Blvd near Silver St. Officers located a vehicle blocking traffic. The vehicle was out of gas and was waiting on a tow truck. Officers remained on scene until the roadway was clear.

Officers responded for a report of a reckless driver in the 1400 block of Eddy St. The vehicle left the area prior to Officers arrival.

Officers responded for a reckless driver in the 1400 block of Eddy St. Citizens reported the vehicle from earlier had returned to the area. Officers located the vehicle, which was currently parked.

Officers responded for an accident in the 700 block of Silverado Trail. Officers located a single vehicle accident off the roadway. Officers confirmed the driver was not injured and no other passengers were in the vehicle. After an investigation, the driver was placed under arrest on suspicion of driving while under the influence.

Officers responded to assist California Highway Patrol in the 1100 block of Lincoln Ave. Officers remained on scene until CHP cleared their traffic stop.

Officers responded for a suspicious vehicle at the Chateau Calistoga MHP. Citizens reported the vehicle driving slowly through the area. Officers located the vehicle and determined the occupants were residents of the MHP.

Officers responded for a municipal code violation in the 1300 block of Washington St. Citizens reported illegal dumping at a commercial dumpster. A report was taken and Officers are investigating.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1400 block of Eddy St. Citizens reported subjects drinking and being loud. Officers located a group of subjects near an apartment complex. The subjects were not currently drinking, however admitted they had been drinking earlier. The subjects agreed to move inside their residence.

Officers responded for a disturbance on Foothill Blvd near Tubbs Ln. Citizens reported a subject appeared to be trying to flag down passing vehicles. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate any pedestrians in the area.

Officers located the subject and admonished the subject for consumption in public. Citizens are reminded that consumption of marijuana in public is still prohibited in California, even under the new legislation.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 800 block of Washington St. A subject was standing on top of a red pickup truck. Officers contacted the subject and determined it was his vehicle. The subject was upset and counselled by Officers.

Officers, Fire and EMS responded for a medical call on Holly Dr. The involved party was located, evaluated and transported to an area hospital.

Officers responded for a loose animal at the Napa County Fairgrounds. After a short pursuit, Officers detained two dogs and attempted to locate family members. Officers were able to contact the parents and return the dogs to their residences.

Officers and Fire responded for a possible fire in the 1700 block of Washington St. A small electrical fire was located in the laundry room of an apartment complex. Fire confirmed the fire was extinguished.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1400 block of Lincoln Ave. Citizens reported a subject panhandling and possibly trespassing. Officers contacted the subject, advised them of the complaint and the subject agreed to leave the business.

Officers and Fire department responded for a structure fire in the 2400 block of Foothill Blvd. Officers arrived to find a fully engulfed commercial building. Officers checked the building for occupants and then assisted with traffic control as the Fire Department contained the fire.

Officers responded for a reckless driver in the area of Petrified Forest Rd and Foothill Blvd. Citizens reported a possible intoxicated driver in the area. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the vehicle.
