Olivia Lemen
Aquatics & Recreation Manager
Olivia Lemen has more than 12 years of aquatics and recreation programming experience and has worked for public, non-profit and private agencies. She has created a children's activity center and has managed and supervised programs such as youth day and resident camps, multiple year-around aquatics programs, adult health and wellness programs and youth activity and sports programs. Ms. Lemen also has a strong background in training, safety and program quality.
Frank DiFede
Community Resources Superintendent
Frank became a Certified Tennis Teaching Pro in 1986. In 1987 he joined the City of Calistoga team as the Tennis & Golf Instructor. Over the years, Frank developed a wide-range of recreational activities for the community. In 1996 he became the Recreation Coordinator, overseeing all City recreational activities. Since 2001, he has served as the City Recreation Superintendent working along with the City Council to improve recreational facilities and programs. Frank has extensive experience working with teens and at-risk youth. He was the Athletic Director for Calistoga High School from 2003 - 2007 and has been the Calistoga High School Golf Coach since 2001.
Julio Ambriz
Recreation Technician
Julio is a graduate of Calistoga High School where he was part of the Football and Tennis teams. He joined the City of Calistoga team as a Recreational Aide in 1997. Julio attends the Santa Rosa Junior College and is bilingual.
Bob Campina
Senior Recreation Aide
Bob is retired from the U.S. Postal Service, previously worked for the City of Calistoga Department of Public Works, and has been the Senior Recreation Aide since 2004.
Karmen Loftis
Senior Recreation Aide
Karmen comes to the City of Calistoga after retiring from the School District as a counselor. Karmen is a certified instructor with the American Red Cross and teaches the American Red Cross Babysitting Training. She has been with the Community Resources Department since 2008.
