Pioneer Park is primarily designed for passive recreational activities. Facilities at the park include a drinking fountain, restrooms, children’s playground, gazebo and a picnic area. The playground is equipped with new state of the art playground equipment. The Gazebo Area is available for small outdoor wedding ceremonies or concert performances. There are two small picnic areas with barbeque pits. The gazebo and the picnic areas can be rented for use by private groups. The entire park may be rented only for events and festivities open to the public, and at the discretion of the City of Calistoga.

Alcohol is permitted in Pioneer Park.
