The roundtable discussions follow the board’s strategic planning retreat, which highlighted current and future opportunities and challenges the county faces. “This is about coming together to look at the bigger picture of Napa County,” said County Executive Officer Leanne Link. “The impact of our work touches everyone’s lives.”

The small group roundtable format will be led by county staff and consultants at The HR Matrix whose goal will be to collect information about areas of focus.

The Board of Supervisors and staff of Napa County are dedicated to preserving and sustaining Napa County for present and future generations as a community with generous open space, a thriving agricultural industry and a quality human and natural environment.
